Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please complete a return form, which can be obtained at customer request via email and include it with the items you wish to return. All sales are final on panties, thongs, hosiery, novelties and accessories, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must meet the following guidelines in order to be eligible for a return*:
-In original condition with tags attached and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS)
-Unworn**
-In original packaging to meet standards to be resalable
-Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the item was shipped (refer to your confirmation email for the date shipped)

*We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

**Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back.

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise.

Any shipping and handling charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size/color, please treat it as a return and place a new order for your desired item. This has shown to be a quicker exchange process.

Backorder Policy

If any of your items are on backorder, you will be notified via email and given a choice of three options:

-Cancel your backorder for a full refund,
-Substitute the backordered item for another item of exact value, or
-Wait for the item to be shipped when available.

Shipping Policies

FREE shipping on USA orders over $100!!
Flat rate domestic shipping of $6.90 for orders under $100.

The methods of domestic shipping are United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number pertaining to your order. Use your tracking number to track your package when checking your order status.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders shipped in the USA are normally received within 3-7 business days from the ship date.

Canada shipping (USPS)
Order value: 0 to $100= $15 shipping
add an extra $5 for each additional $50

International shipping (USPS Global Priority)
Order value: 0 to $150= $25 shipping
add an extra $10 for each additional $50

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packaging

For the discretion of our customers, orders are packaged in plain boxes/envelopes with our abbreviated company name or distribution center and address.
