Can I place an order and have it shipped to a different address?
Many of our customers purchase gifts and have the order sent to an address other than the billing address. Correspondence is only between us and the purchaser.

Our site has the state-of-the-art 128 bit encryption technology at the point where you are required to enter your billing information.
How soon will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Request a tracking number via email. It will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
How do I know my order has been placed?
An automatic email is sent out to the email address provided at the time of ordering with a confirmation of the sale. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Why do I have to pay for return shipping?
Since we do not increase our prices to make up for shipping as many retailers do, we must charge our customers the small fee required for shipping when processing returns.
Are lingerie sizes the same as my clothing size?

When will my backorder be shipped?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Refer to the backorder policy.
